Today we would like to look back at our successful Genesis Drop last week and forward to minting and our upcoming Open Beta launch.

Our previous Genesis NFT Drop was a tremendous success and was completely sold out in less than 1 hour! For the whole team and everyone at B-Side Games this proved that you, our community, truly believe into our vision and stand strong behind us on this exciting journey!

As B-Side Games is an independent game studio without outside funding this sale enables us to further expand our team, get additional developers on board and to deliver a truly polished and enjoyable game experience!

Also huge shoutout to DapperLabs/Flow Team for their incredible support over the past year during our deep partnership and we are looking forward to continue our fruitful relationship!

On the technical side our anti-botting mechanisms worked great as our data has shown that just a few individual players were able to get more than one bundle and most if not all went to unique/individual players!

Alpha Season ending

As we are close to wrapping up our closed Alpha, we now have to set a deadline on when you can claim your remaining Alpha Access NFTs and Game-Codes you may have purchased a while ago!

In order to receive all 25 Alpha-exclusive Season Pass NFTs, you need to have claimed your game key or alpha-access NFT by Thursday 30th of September 11:59pm UTC

If you or anyone else has not done so by this date then your game-codes become invalid and you will NOT receive the 25 Alpha-NFTs.

We have to set this deadline because the way our smart contracts on Flow Blockchain work is that every NFT is "season"-based. Like "Kickstarter" season, "Alpha" Season and "Beta Season". So for us to proceed with our Beta launch and the Genesis Drop minting we have to finish the Alpha mintings first, then we can proceed with everything else.

If you played previously and you have not received all NFTs into your account yet then no need to worry! We are already preparing the next Alpha batch which will include your missing NFTs immediately.

Genesis NTF minting

If you have purchased one or multiple Genesis bundles previously then here is a reminder of how Minting will work:

Every bundle contains the full Beta Season Pass 1 plus the bundle-exclusive limited NFT. As Beta is not available yet you will receive two sets of NFTs in two batches:

• Genesis exclusive NFTs in Batch 1 (after Alpha is complete and before Beta launch)
• Beta Season Pass NFTs in Batch 2 (On Beta launch)

Our Open Beta is expected to launch during October, a specific release time has not been set yet due to submission to AppStore/Steam etc.

If you got, say 1 Amber bundle and one Rare Bundle. then you will receive two Beanie-NFTs, one N-Corp-Jacket NFT and one Amber Chainmon into your Blocto wallet in Batch 1.

Then 50 (25 each!) Season Pass NFTs in Batch 2. (The in-game season rewards will be in your game inventory on Beta launch)
